Holloway students in Mrs. Warren's technology classes will be teaming up
with students in Taiwan and Newfoundland, Canada forming
Team GVC 04-11 in
Global Virtual Classroom competitions this year.
GVC provides our students the opportunity to share in online educational
activities and resources allowing them to use technology and the
Internet to connect with classrooms around the world.
Its purpose is to develop

Classes prepare and eat a traditional meal that is eaten in each
country.
Photographs of the preparation, cooking and eating the meal, and creation
of a web site showing the photos as well as the ingredients and recipes.
Students' will also list their favorite food in this section.
December
Classes share ideas about the school system
Creation of a web site comparing the 3 school systems will be added to our
site.
 January
Comparing the games and activities played by students in each school
Types of weather in each area.
February
Creation "Fun Pages" with puzzles, quizzes, games etc.
 March
Finish the project.
